On sale is a 2019 5 oz 50 Euros First Step On The Moon silver coin from France, certified by PCGS and graded as PR70DCAM. Sold out in a week after its official release, up-to-date it is the only coin having obtained this grade.
2019 celebrates the 50 years of the First Step on the Moon.
On the 50 € silver coin, the large diameter of the coin highlights the scenery and the particularly elaborated relief of the Moon. The scene is sublimated by a deposit of blue resin on the surface representing the Universe and its infinite expanse; under the resin, stars are etched in the metal as a background.
Each coin was decorated by hand; each 5 oz silver coin is unique with a resin deposit of its own, echoing the perpetual motions of the stars in the Universe.
There is literally not a face and reverse but a Moon sight and an Earth sight.
Mintage is 250, diameter 50mm
