Folks, if you are a muscle car collector, owned a '69 Dodge Charger RT, or collect high end car ads, then this is for you! This came from a wall calendar that was never used, never hung up, and is in perfect condition. For those who collect photos of muscle cars and want to display this in a basement, a garage, an office, etc. then this is it!The first Charger was a show car in 1964. A 1965 Charger II concept car had a remarkable resemblance to the 1966 production version. The first 3 generation of Chargers really gave it it's muscle car reputation. The first generations were '66-'67, '68-'70, and '71-'74.
The 2nd generation, as seen here, was redesigned for 1968. 35,000 was slated for production but demand was so high that 96,000 were actually produced.
The General Lee famously portrayed in the TV show, Dukes of Hazzard was a Dodge Charger.
Engines ranged from the 225 slant 6 to the legendary 440 Magnum V8. A pristine 440RT as of a couple years can go as high as ,000 although today I know they are a lot higher.
