Pedal is in mint, unused condition.  I am original owner.  I bought it new and took it out of box only to test functionality.  It works perfectly and has never even sat on a floor or been switched on except by hand.  This is the discontinued pedal put out by legendary Hartke bass amp company and it does not disappoint, with a wide variety of fuzz tone and intensity to fit any style of playing.
