Here's a fantastic example of the Chambre de Commerce designs--taken from a token design of a hundred years' earlier!--from the 1920s. From years of hunting I can tell you these are hard to find in high grades. The LE FRANC Catalog acknowledges as much when it gives a 4 of this year a very high cat value of 120 euros. My start is--as is usual for me--more down to earth!
