    Description

    In the shape of a classic Greek handled urn, this big heavy paperclip/Paperweight one side has the Colossus of Rhodes, the other has a deer/buck. Embossed on one side is RHODES and on the other-something in Greek. On the inside is embossed a hallmark and "Made in Greece". The clip is tight and can hold a stack of papers. It measures 3 1/4" x 2 1/8" The bronze coating is worn a little.
    The Colossus of Rhodes was a statue of the Greek titan-god of the sun Helios, erected in the city of Rhodes, on the Greek island of the same name, by Chares of Lindos in 280 BC.
