    Description

    Whether taking the family, or taking the gang our to ski, fish or camp, this '56 Dodge station wagon was promoted to hold 8 live bodies.  The ad featured the versatility of a large tailgate, 9' hauling capacity, 2 or 4 door models, array of color combinations, and 230 hp with V-8 engine.  A great, colorful ad from Life magazine's Feb 1956 issue that is in very nice condition - no tears, holes, marks or creases.  Very slight edge age-yellowing and a rough cut inside edge.  It's ready to mat and frame at 10 1/2" x 13 3/4", to preserve for posterity.  From a smoke free, pet free home, and will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve and have cardboard support.  Thanks for looking.    128
